If you are not satisfied with a product, please contact us by email at info@colortheuniverse.com within 7 days of receiving it for a return authorization number.
Please pack the item in its original packaging (and condition) and send it back to us using US AIR MAIL or CANADA POST. You must go to the post office directly to do this. Clearly mark on the box "return to vendor".
Do NOT use any private couriers, such as FED EX or UPS. Upon receipt of the merchandise, we will credit your paypal account for the product cost only. We reserve the right to refuse returns that are not sent back within 2 weeks of authorization.
We are also not responsible for items damaged during return shipment.
